Carla Veesart, Director of Human Resources & Accounting

Ms. Veesart obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration in 2003 from the University of Wyoming.  After graduation, Ms. Veesart took a position as Finance Manager with the Rock Springs Chamber of Commerce.  As Finance Manager, she was responsible for administering payroll, quarterly payroll taxes, billing, accounts payable and accounts receivable.  She was also involved in membership duties including, attending and chairing various committee meetings, customer service, and assisting out-of-area visitors with sightseeing, recreational and lodging accommodations in the area.  In July 2004, Ms. Veesart left the Rock Springs Chamber of Commerce to be the HR/Payroll/Billing Manager for an engineering firm.  While at the engineering firm, Ms. Veesart was responsible for preparing payroll and quarterly and annual payroll taxes for up to 50 employees annually.  Ms. Veesart was also responsible for all billing and Human Resource duties in the company.  Ms. Veesart also volunteers throughout the community and is a member of the Finance Committee for United Way of Southwest Wyoming, a member of the Membership Committee for the YWCA, and Treasurer of the Rock Springs Soccer Association. In 2015 Ms. Veesart became the Director of HR & Accounting at Western-EGI.
